SMS Consent Collection Process

Overview
Stevenson Crane Service, Inc. collects verbal consent from customers to receive SMS messages during the job booking process. Consent is collected by Stevenson Crane staff via phone or in-person. Providing consent is optional and is not required to proceed with service.
Verbal Consent Script
The following script is used by Stevenson Crane staff when collecting a customer’s mobile phone number during job booking:
“As part of our service, we may send you a text message after your job is completed to request feedback on your experience. Would you like to receive that? You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply.”
If the customer agrees, their mobile number is recorded and associated with their job record in our system.

- Message Frequency: One message per completed job
- Message Content: Post-service feedback request with Google Review link
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time
- Help: Reply HELP or contact [email protected] or (630) 972-9199
- Message & Data Rates: May apply depending on carrier plan
